
Rüdiger Heimlich (“The New Trojan Wars”) is editor of the Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger, one of Germany’s largest regional newspapers. He writes on the media, politics, science and history, and is currently working on a television documentary about UNESCO’s efforts to preserve Nubian monuments.

A reader in ancient history at the University of Wales Swansea, in the United Kingdom, Daniel Ogden (“Lay That Ghost”) is also the treasurer of the University of Wales Institute of Classics and Ancient History. He is the author of Greek and Roman Necromancy (Princeton, 2001).
