A senior lecturer at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Ronnie Ellenblum (“Guarding the Holy Land”) has a special interest in the geographical history of the Crusader period.

Judith Harris (“Saved From Vesuvius” often appears in the pages of Archaeology Odyssey covering archaeological stories from Rome, Italy.

A member of Archaeology Odyssey’s editorial advisory board, Robert S. Merrillees (“Don’t Be Fooled!”) has written widely on the Bronze Age Levant. He is a former Australian ambassador to Israel and Greece, and a former director of the Cyprus American Archaeological Research Institute.

Eric H. Cline (“Cyprus and Alashiya: One and the Same!”), an associate professor of ancient history and archaeology at George Washington University, is the author of Sailing the Wine-Dark Sea: International Trade and the Late Bronze Age Aegean (Oxford, 1994).
