David Tarler
David Tarler was a Senior Staff Member at the City of David excavations from 1978 to 1990. Currently, he is the enforcement, training and regulations coordinator for the National NAGPRA Program. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Lawyers’ Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation in Washington, DC.
