Mark W. Chavalas
Mark W. Chavalas is Professor of History at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. His areas of research include the ancient Near East, Classics, Biblical studies and archaeology. He recently edited Women in the Ancient Near East: A Sourcebook (Routledge, 2013).
