The North American editor for the International Greek New Testament project, he has also published a commentary on the Letters to the Thessalonians and a Greek-English edition of the apostolic fathers.

A professor of Old Testament at Seattle Pacific University, Frank Anthony Spina (“Reversal of Fortune”) is a past president of the Pacific Northwest region of the Society of Biblical Literature and a recently ordained priest.

A frequent contributor to Bible Review, Victor Hurowitz (“Whose Earrings Did Jacob Bury?”) is professor of Bible and ancient Near Eastern studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Beer-Sheva. As a self-professed “cuneo-biblist,” Hurowitz is committed to the task of illuminating biblical texts with the help of Mesopotamian sources.
