Hebrew University professor Amnon Ben-Tor, long-time director of the excavation of the Biblical mound of Hazor, continues as director of the excavation. Indication to the contrary in our last issue of dig listings was incorrect. We apologize to Professor Ben-Tor.

Tzaferis Still Professional Field Director

In last issue’s digs section, we incorrectly stated that Paul McCracken and Charles Page were the successors to Vassilios Tzaferis as directors of the dig at Kursi. Dr. McCracken is the Project Director, and Drs. Page and Tzaferis are Professional Field Directors at the site.
