Robert Deutsch (“JPFs”) is an archaeologist, epigrapher, numismatist and antiquities dealer who specializes in ancient West Semitic inscriptions from the First Temple Period, Jewish iconography and ancient coins. He is the author or coauthor of numerous books documenting artifacts in private collections. He holds a Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University.

Epigrapher Ada Yardeni (“2,000 Ancient Aramaic Business Scribbles”) is on the Faculty of Humanities at the Institute of Arts and Letters of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is the author of The Book of Hebrew Script: History, Palaeography, Script Styles, Calligraphy & Design (London: The British Library, 2002), recognized as the authoritative text on the subject.

Richard Elliott Friedman (“Love Your Neighbor”) is the Ann and Jay Davis Professor of Jewish Studies at the University of Georgia and Katzin Professor of Jewish Civilization Emeritus at the University of California, San Diego, and author of the classic Who Wrote the Bible? (1987).
