Rolf Rendtorff (“Jews and Christians: Seeing the Prophets Differently”) is professor emeritus of Old Testament at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. He has written several books on the Old Testament including The Covenant Formula: An Exegetical and Theological Investigation (T&T Clark, 1999).

When he is not giving checkups and filling cavities, Jerusalem dentist Ari Greenspan (“The Search for Biblical Blue”) is busy as the chairman of the P’til Tekhelet foundation. With interests ranging from archaeology to Jewish tradition to synagogue art, he lectures widely on various Jewish and dental topics. In addition to his other duties, he is also a practicing ritual circumciser and slaughterer.
