Jaap Doedens (“The Birth of Noah”) is Associate Professor at the Pápa Reformed Theological Seminary in Hungary. He studies Old Testament, Second Temple Judaism, and New Testament.

Kent D. Fowler (“Making an Impression”) is Associate Professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Manitoba, in Canada, and Senior Fellow of St. John’s College. His research focuses on agricultural societies and social complexity.

Jeffrey P. García (“Jesus and His Pilgrimage Practices”) is Associate Professor of New Testament and Second Temple Literature at Nyack College. His research focuses on early Judaism, Tannaitic literature, and the Gospels.

Lawrence Mykytiuk (“New Testament Religious Figures Confirmed”) is Emeritus Professor of Library Science and Associate Professor of History at Purdue University. He holds a Ph.D. in Hebrew and Semitic Studies and is the author of Identifying Biblical Persons in Northwest Semitic Inscriptions of 1200–539 B.C.E. (2004).

Matthieu Richelle (“A Very Brief History of Old Hebrew Script”) is Professor of Old Testament at the Université catholique de Louvain, in Belgium. His most recent book is The Bible and Archaeology (2018).
