Frantz Grenet
Frantz Grenet, a Professor at the Collège de France in Paris, founded the French-Uzbek Archaeological Mission (MAFOUZ), which conducts yearly excavations at Samarkand. He has lectured and published widely on the religions of the ancient Iranian world, particularly Zoroastrianism.
