Henry Van Dyke
Henry van Dyke (d. 1933) was an author, clergyman and former Professor of English Literature at Princeton University. Van Dyke, a prolific writer and poet, is author of Out-of-Doors in the Holy Land (Charles Scribner’s Sons, 1908). He served as the Minister to the Netherlands and Luxembourg and was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
